mm, the chkuser I sent is for RH9, and that´s why the symlink was
needed. If you don´t have those directories, maybe you don´t need to
make the symlinks, but I never worked with MDK, so I really don´t know
how to solve it.
Does Anyone have the patch to mdk?

It appears that you are missing some development tools in you distro install.
wget http://www.qmailtoaster.com/qtms/qtms-deps.sh
Edit: rpm --import /usr/share/doc/centos-release-4/RPM* to point to the
fedora keys and run the script.
Do: rpm -e `rpm -qa | grep toaster | sort`
Reboot

There should be a text file with instructions in the tar. You just build
everything but only use the qmail-smtpd file.
Take a look in the tar and let me know if you find the instructions.
