yes, qmHandle works fine in removing those emails butwhenever i have used it i had to do a qmail stop andqmail start, you can use it but justmake sure you restart your toaster..

When did you qmail stop and qmail start?
Stop before and start after using qmHandle?
Stop and start after qmHandle?
Please explain the sequence, and ramifications of not doing start/stop at
all or in the improper sequence.

IMHO, the simplest thing you can do to eliminate the most spam is to
implement a few more RBLs, as explained here:
http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/RBLs
This should work just fine with your current toaster, ttbomk.

1) qmHandle -S emails to delete or use this qmHandle -D (this is dangerous, it will delete all emails in queue which you dont want to)
2) after its done, stop qmail
3) then start qmail
4) you are done..
I remember i had a python script to delete emails with from address, etc but i dont

the box anymore! all this was possible on this
Hi all !
I had some accounts using maximum quota, they are blocked. All email sent to
this accounts are queued and double-bounced for spam. Is this correct?
I think the mail sent to an over quota account would not be queued to avoid
queue saturation. Can i do this with toaster?
Thanks, and
It probably has to do with this

Yep, if you used the firewall script it'll block
192.168.x.x ip's. I personally use a second nic for backups/provisioning
(nossh connections from the public ip)and it's a real pain to have
the local ip's blocked. Whenyou do an update or installation you
should (in the future) keep your ssh

I have a toaster that was running v1.2 with simscan disabled (no QMAILQUEUE
in tcp.smtp). I've upgraded to the current toaster, and am trying to turn on
simscan.
tcp.smtp:

10.0.1.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=
I'm trying to configure my ezmlm to add the trailer to all messages to
the list, even if they contact HTML, etc in them.
I would like the trailer to be in HTML since I have the list sending to
an address that automatically adds it to my hosted web site for easy
updates.
Has anyone experimented

Just as I had suspected with this list - it didn't get the
trailer when using formatted text... damn!
So - the question is then:
Is it possible to have ezmlm only parse/send the text (non multi part
message) so i can get the trailer each time and then rely on a style
sheet on the web server?
At
I received the formatted text ok (fwiw).

But my original post didn't come with the trailer (acknowledgement of VR

It's not since your reply, since your client Thunderbird, changed

Found it -

I'm not having much luck.
Since I can't force posters to have only text/plain settings, I need the
list to do it.
I've tried what I found below and it does indeed remove the mime
attachement, so formatting of the message is removed (colour, etc)
however the content-type is still set as

Since I started using qtoaster, five months ago with 700+ users this
directory has 11M. I would expect to have more if they aren't being
