AM thinking of deploying toaster for our school to manage the

The QmailToaster doesn't support expiration.
You can always write an account deletion script that will use vdeluser
after 3 years.

You could add an expiration date to the user record in mysql. You would
still have to delete the account on your own, but simple script would
take care of the issue.
