You didn't tell what kind of server and resources your machine has. One of my suggestions could be to look at your memory and CPU and decide if you need to upgrade. The machine is a HP Proliant ML150G3 Server, Core 2-Duo 2.0 Ghz (about) and a Sata Raid-1, mirroring. I have got 3 Gb of memory.
