Managed to fix this by removing the /usr/share/squirrelmail folder and
then reinstalling the package..must have been a plugin I was using that
was causing the issue.

Same way as usual.. nothing special needed. Just make sure your firewall
is setup properly for your network configuration.
I'm running Qmail on a router with 4 interfaces, 1 public, and shorewall for
the firewall.
