[qmailtoaster] adding disclaimer on every outgoing email

Hi List, I just want to make sure (since my manager is asking it again) is it possible to add disclaimer on every outgoing email ? perhaps is there new patch for current qmt 1.4.x or maybe this feature will available on version 2.0.x thanks b4
