Dear Ariel,
You can implement mailscanner for your requirement, It is having
facility which you would like to implement. With mailscanner you have to
install clamav and there is a configuration file i.e mailscanner.conf you
have mention Notice From/To.

I think you-l have to use qmail-scanner instead of simscan, or patch the
simscan ;)

I already have qmailtoaster running, but I wish that every time an email
arrives with viruses, to reject it, it sends a report to the sender and the
recipient
