The equivalent qmlog command would be:
$ qmlog -g u...@domain.com smtp
That gives you only a single line though, with no context.
$ qmlog -lc u...@domain.com smtp
is much more powerful. It takes a little longer as it searches all of
the logs, but it's worth the wait. ;)
