Hi Eric,
I have a Qmail install on my system, OS is centOS5.4 with 32 bit. No RAID.
Now I buy a high end server with centOS 6.2 with hardware RAID 1.
I want to migrate Qmail to new server. So can you tell the steps in short.

All users settings and data are replicated.
If you don't want to change any DNS settings, them once you have
replicated, shutdown old server,
Make IP address of new

Is there a list of things that don't work on centos 6? If it's not 100%, is it
90%? 95%?

The log doesn't tell us much that I can see.
I think we really need to see what the sender is sending.
You might try a test with simscan turned off to see what exim is
sending. You can do this by adding an entry for the sending server's IP

Who is your ISP?

Try one of these
Your SMTP Greeting should NOT be an IP
