Sorry for the slow response, but the problem appeared to resolve itself--I'm
assuming some automated script ran and fixed something. And then we had to
chase down a couple of hundred site owners and tell them to update their
openSSL for Heartbleed.

Recently was handed keys to a qmail toaster installation (1.03-1.3.20, on
Centos4) and got hammered by a backscatter spam attack. Digging around, I
discovered the system had been installed without the Chkuser feature.
