Finn,
on Fedora 12 you have to edit /etc/php.ini and to put there:
short_open_tag = On
(insted of default Off),
restart apache
and then admin-toaster is full visible...

Thanks. Fedora 12 is not officially added yet, but soon.
Works great for now, soon on production, will add some info if find
other issues.
