It has been resolved.. It was a host that used that email account to
send out alot of spam. My server stopped it because it would not relay
for yahoo so my server was telling the actual account on my domain the
mail was undeliverable.

I do not have a badhelo file but I do have a badmailfrom and badmailto.
So, what is happening here?
Do I have a bad machine out there posing as one of my accounts on my
domain sending from another domain?
Or has someone cracked his password and using his account remotely from
another host

Than create it. This file checks how the sending server introduce
itself. If say that hi is you it lies, similarly if introduce itself as
