[qmailtoaster] list bounces sent to moderator?

Is there a way to route bounced emails from a list to a specific address? I see a 'bouncer' file in the vpopmail directory for that list... but adding an email address to the file or a |/var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject doesn't work. The point is I have a moderator who wants to receive the bounces so
