your expertise regarding the pros cons of my actual setup and if it's
possible to migrate it to qmailtoaster or if my actual setup is no ok.

Sure this architecture is perfect for scalability, security and performance but
i would give an eye on the cost in HR required to take care of all this
machine. I would consider this aspect with all calm cause, in my experience,
is not only a problem of viewing logs ! :-)
