Fixed.. Not sure if I went about this the right way or not but I located a few offending files in the .Trash folder that were reporting larger than they actually were. I had to remove the cur directory from the .Trash folder and replace it. All is good again. TM Dave David Milholen wrote:

Good catch Philip. Reviewing the CentOS website definitely shows that there is a 4.8 release available. When I use yum check-update on my toaster, I have nothing to update and yet cat /etc/redhat-release displays CentOS release 4.7 (Final). However on my webserver running 4.7, yum check-update
