There are no CentOS 7 packages available yet. CentOS 6 is the latest officially supported version. I use the Chef Cookbook to deploy to CentOS 6 myself. Others may use the regular RPM package installation. I am not sure where the documentation for CentOS 6 is exactly but there are a few mails
