[qmailtoaster] OT . Experiences with ucarp protocol

[qmailtoaster] spamthrottle patch in qmail-toaster-1.03 (rel. 1.3.3)

Hi, I have found that in the new version qmail-toaster (1.3.3) there is no spamthrottle patch, however, there is no information in ChangeLog why it is excluded. There is any information about this patch in new qmail-toaster release? --- М. Alhimenko.
