Hi Eric,
Actually the document was some issue and couldn't find out , what's the
issue there.
But the same doc content copied and created new doc to paste there then i
tried to send it's sent itself the same domain.

So, if I understand you correctly, the only domain that fails, from
which you send doc and docx attachments to your QMT is gmail, correct?
If, perhaps, I was to send you a doc or docx attachment from my email
address you'd receive it with no problems?

One of my friend send an email from gmail to my domain with attachment.
All the attachments are .doc and .docx format. But he got bounce message
when he tried to send an email to me. Please see the below error message
and help me to sort out this issue.
