Append .outbound.protection.outlook.com to your blacklist_rdns file

I am sick to death of outlook.com.
Has anyone managed to block this spam center?
You have to laugh when you get spammed from
outbound.protection.outlook.com

Thank you but I thought you had to have the
@dom.name.tld not just the .dom.name.tld.

Also a full country blocking address list would be nice
if one exists.
