I found that CentOS 7 was faster than CentOS 5 & 6. I have a client
who's using it on CentOS 7 with 40+ users with no issues.

Very cool I do not have it installed yet I have a qmail server but it’s running
CentOS 5 so need to move even though mail is good.

I was actually using it with SOGo to sync calendar events as well, don't
remember if it was email or calendar related.
