SElinux was already disabled...

I have been attempting to install Qmail for about 2 weeks now, first with
the source and now with Toaster because it seemed like a smoother
installation.
I have followed the installation steps up until step 9, at which point I
become thoroughly baffled...

Mysql is running, however, I'm not sure if qmailtoaster is using this
instance... is there any way to ensure that qmail is using the correct
instance of MySQL.
I will check the vpopmail and disable SELinux should I reinstall after I
disable it or will it just require a reboot to go through
