[qmailtoaster] Trash being emptied for some users but not all

Greetings QMailers... I have a client who's hopping mad because his Trash folder is being cleaned out periodically he clearly does not want this to happen. He reports that this is happening on his system and a colleagues, but not everyone on the domain. I suspect his Thunderbird client is
