Hi Andreas,

Thanks, you are right it's in the maillog:

Nov 22 11:47:40 app1 spamdyke[32209]: DENIED_RBL_MATCH from: embratelonl...@embratel.com.br to: marcos.mil...@iw.net.br origin_ip: 200.255.122.193 origin_rdns: srvmail1.embratel.com.br auth: (unknown) encryption: TLS reason: dnsbl.spfbl.net

I guess I was used to see this kind of rejection record in the smtp log in my old qmailtoaster server.

Thank you again for you help!

Leonardo

What about the maillog?
There you see the recipient as its given in the envelope
You see if it is rejected for some reason

Hi,

I have a user complain about not receiving some messages, I looked in
the SMTP log and found these lines containing the domain sender:

In the lines above I can not see the recipient, also there is nothing in
SEND log with the same domain.
I dont know who is suposed to be the recipient, I dont know if the
message was rejected or the reason for it.
Looks like the tcpserver ends the connection without delivery or smtp
rejection message.

Here I guess I have an example of the usual fine records:

Also I have these lines in the SEND log with the successful delivery of
the message above:

Anyone knows other places I should check?? Or some hint about the problem?
I have a Centos7 with Toaster.
