Thanks but those are for the little highlight marks that appear in the
scroll bar. I want to change the color of either the scrollbar handle
itself or the scrollbar background. Those two are so close in contrast
that they are very hard to tell apart. It wonder if the scrollbar colors
are baked
I need to adjust the colors of the editor scrollbars in QtCreator as the
contrast between the scrollbar background and the scrollbar "handle" is
so light as to be indistinguishable for my "old" eyes to see. I thought
I had done this once before but maybe it was on Linux and I just changed
