I would bet my last dollar that your insurance companyand/or Medicare (whichever applicable) will pay for the lift if you can get your doctor to write a prescription for it. Having a prescription overcomes many obstacles when trying to obtain durable medical equipment (DME). Steve

Anyone know how to make a template in Word? I need it so I can open a file and have a questionnaire show up. So they can fill it in and not have the text in the file move. So the text is implanted. When I do it, the text I have keeps moving. Thanks, Greg
