I didn't mean to say cranberry juice wasn't good for you. I was saying my choice is to avoid the high calories of most juices. There are vinegars that you can drink like wines. You won't get drunk but the pH is fabulously balanced. It is an aquired taste, but hey, worth a shot. Actual numbers
