I didn't mean to say cranberry juice wasn't good for you. I was saying my choice is to avoid the high calories of most juices. There are vinegars that you can drink like wines. You won't get drunk but the pH is fabulously balanced. It is an aquired taste, but hey, worth a shot. Actual numbers

I was told that some of that sediment depending on the stuff you are seeing might also be your bladder lining. My doctor also said that it is normal to see some sediment the reason is its going through a tube and we pay more attention to our urine then when we did when we were able bodied. Also
