i would never wear a belt out by the pool. i have jumping dogs and young grand kids that love to go for my joystick. my hands work pretty reasonable for a quad but i don't think i could hold my breath long enough to unsnap a lap belt especially if i was face down with the chair on

Luke, Shawnee Oklahoma passed a law to allow civilian's to write tickets. I helped get that law approved while living there. They required a class and a down payment due so, the down payment provided a ticket book and a polaroid camera to turn in with the copy officer's usually keep.
