researching quads who urinate through a stoma into the bag, and then simply
empty the bag, rather than catheterizng through the stoma (aka, umbilicus

Yeah, it’s probably safe to say that generally, quads do not get restful sleep
at night, which affects everything else, physically, mentally, and ultimately,
emotionally.

I know this feeling after living in quadville as a C 5-6-7 for 27 years. Again,
I stress hydration and food, plenty of food (not simple carbs that will plummet
your blood sugar, yet!). Sometimes I am so tired and then it hits me that I
