What do you mean diazepam is addictive?  I've been taking it steady for 25 
years and I'm not addicted yet!  <<grin>>

Next thing you'll tell me is baclofen and pain meds are, too... hmmpf.

I think there was a typo in Wheelchair's message.

And please remember, like several of us here have said, we are not doctors.  We 
can only speak from our own experiences or what we have heard from others.  
There is no substitute for good medical advice, the recommendations of a couple 
of doctors who agree on a certain course of action, and the opinions of a 
professional community  (like that website might help you find).

I understand good medical help for quadriplegics might be difficult to find in 
Bulgaria.  But it sounds like you have some good resources to possibly get the 
personal attention your case needs.
