I couldn't get the batteries from my TDX5 into the TDX3 and my repair shop (Preferred) wouldn't do it saying since my insurance pays for my 5, they can't work on my 3. Even if I paid cash. The batteries are smaller, 22s instead of 24s. So I brought it to Southwest Mobility in Phoenix. I called
