Hi Dave,I'll be 53 this year and I've have a fan that I have hooked to an on/off switch that I can control from my bed. I need the air around or over my head moving at night or I will get hot. I was wondering aboutwhen my age would startchanging my 'comfort zone'! With Love, CtrlAltDel

I too deal with the cold sensations when i try to sleep, and yes it sucks. Just dont use a heating blanket as I was burned in three places when I awoke one morning. I keep a walmart oil filled heater next to my bed, a ceiling fan with remote, and a small fan on my table next to bed. I also keep a
