i almost hate to chime in here BUT my hot n cold fits have gotten worse since i turned 58. it's one of those age things. ain't it great? you seem very creative ron, i'm impressed. i get my wife to get blankets or turn the fan on and off.

I too deal with the cold sensations when i try to sleep, and yes it sucks. Just dont use a heating blanket as I was burned in three places when I awoke one morning. I keep a walmart oil filled heater next to my bed, a ceiling fan with remote, and a small fan on my table next to bed. I also keep a
