I don't know how common it is for quads to get lightheaded while eating, but I do have the problem occasionally. Usually when I'm eating something that is really chewy. I find if I recline in the wheelchair for a couple minutes my blood pressure goes back up and I can resume eating. That probably isn't of any help to you but that is the only thing I have found helps.
