My doctor just uses warm water. So when I had my nurse use this one we only
used warm water.
This worked better than the syringe for me. Multiple rapid squirts seemed
to do the trick.

My doc just used a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, let bubble while,
then flush with a syringe.
Or one of those ear bulbs. Really warm water.
