I like padding my armrests by ordering long wrist rests with gel inside made

The best answer for padding for your armrest is ordering a neck pillow
from bed Bath and beyond that is Tempur-pedic. You can cut them in half and
put one on each side of your chair. I always buy two so I can use the
covers of the pillow and I attach with hair ties. Dana

My elbows were so bad, dried, cracked, bleeding. I finely found some
good armrest covers. My elbows are still dry, but lots better.

I also get a Tempur-pedic neck pillow and cut it in half, cover it with a
covering that comes with it and place on my armrest to prevent pressure. It
works for me and it also helps you to stay straight or in your chair.

Hi Greg,
I found a way to solve that problem. They are hard to find, But look for
Terry cloth angle socks. Cut off the toes and place on your hands after
you cut out a spot for your thumb. Put another one on your elbow and it
helps prevent red marks on your bony areas.
Thank you, Dana

My elbows are always dried and sometimes split.
Last night my shirt had a 3 inch blood stain. I sometimes rest my elbow
on my armrest, but not much pressure.
No idea how I'm getting these sores.
