Ron, like the others said.Air, no pressure and also Try to get Protein,

Its gone from a silver dollar size to a dime. My mom says putting sugar on it 
will work, but im not certain. I never really get air to it in fear of scraping 
it on my footrest. The old skin is cut out as best we can. I know most normal 
cuts like air now and then. Its a shame I don't really know how to improve my 
circulation anymore since I had to quit swimming. I think better circulation 
would have avoided it altogether. I took some old antibiotics I had left over 
and had the biggest bowell accident known to man since the moon landing, lol.

 I have a pressure sore on my left foot on the heel. Any tricks to get it to 
heal faster? Would taking antibiotics by mouth help? Do you need to air out at 
night or keep covered at all times?
