Hi! I have acquired an LC 575 with 8MB of RAM. What kind of DIMMs can this
thing take, and where could I most cheaply obtain a 64MB DIMM to up it to
the maximum amount of memory?

Well, I suppose you could always crack it open and find out... If I
remember correctly, all you have to do is pop open the cover over the
ports on the back, and the motherboard slips right out.

Yeah. I was able to make an ordinary 16MB SIMM-- an EDO one at that (I
guess EDO is backwards-compatible with non-EDO?)-- work fine with it. Now
to find me a 32MB or 64MB SIMM
My sources are contradictory as to whether or not the system supports a
64MB SIMM...
