7.6.x and up require 32-bit addressing to be on, which is why they won't
run on the IIcx, IIx, and SE/30.

I'd leave it off unless you find yourself running out of RAM a lot, and if
you do, find RAM Doubler 2 somewhere.  Much faster and stabler than v1.6.x
