Possibly the bond0 interface causing confustion here ? The logs do not
indicate anything out of the way here. Also try with a windows
initiator, the error messages reported and logged will be different
and that might help.

i would like to ask, if it is possile to somehow increase number of slots
in existing vtl?
I need to add more vcartridges. (maybe by changes in databse?)
p.s. I had another problem too. I was performing upgrade to quadstor 3.0.11
from 3.0.8 and my centos 6.8 (kernel 2.6.32-642.13.1)
