Hi,
You can try CmdDebug=2 instead of CmdDebug=1 in
/quadstorvtl/etc/quadstor.conf
Also please add DebugTapePosition=1 which should help track the position on
tape.
Please run the following command for the changes to take effect
/quadstorvtl/bin/vtconfig --reload
