Windows? Our operation is using more W2k8+ which no longer runs OSPF. We've
experimented with xorp, but it's no where near as good as quagga which we'

cannot determine default announcement behavior.
So I have a basic question about 'distribute-list prefix' applied outbound
to an interface in RIP. Is the default action to permit or deny?
