It depends on exactly what shape the exhaust system is, it might need bending to clear the gearlever housing and the floor on a 2+2. This was mentioned in the 2+2 build manual i think. The earlier Fiesta gearlever housing is bigger than the later one. I’ve never managed to bend an exhaust
