When I try to install vlc als described in the faq and elsewhere I get this error:

You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'. Error: Error downloading packages: Cannot download vlc-3.0.0-19.20170104gitf8f5395.fc24.x86_64.rpm: All mirrors were tried I tried it several times and got always the same error.
