That screen isn't the first thing that comes up. I haven't even got to there
yet. There's a loading process before, and that's when it eventually freezes
with the error message.

Managed finally to get some blank DVDs and booted with your settings.
I'm still having the same problem though and can't get to the installer screen.

That's cos Windows dumps hidden data onto the disk, so naturally it fails the
