I hear grub is suppose to be discontinued but dont listen to me, just take 
what I say as other things to think about.. I couldn't make the grub menu 
thing work, I used two seperate ssd's and use bios boot menu to select 
which one is booted from.. But it sounds like your use may be slightly more 
technical.. Anyway, take this as entertainment only.. The stuff you already 
did is way beyond my level...
