I recently moved from Qubes 2 to 3.2. Qubes 2 took a long time to shutdown, presumably because of the LUKS encryption.
I noticed Qubes 3.2 shuts down much faster. The progress bar at the screen's bottom doesn't even finish (doesn't reach the end) before the machine shuts down.
