I am able to create Qubes R3.1 USB drive using Rufus, but when I try to boot
from it, it get stuck at "(XEN) ENABLING IO-APIC IRQs" step. See the attached
pic.
I have HP Z220 CMT Workstation with both VTx and VTd enabled.
Any suggestions to unblock this?

I have a 128GB device that I ONLY use for Qubes, and is completely secure and
safe.

I have all USB devices go immediately to dom0.

Also, if you install onto USB you can go to any PC and run it up.
You can take everything everywhere you go and have a secure system no matter

I think nowadays many live installers that have capability to install on
encrypted partitions give possibility use the tools in a terminal window. For
instance, when I realised that somehow only a swap partition got encrypted in a
fresh Qubes install I launched Manjaro live ISO, dd root partitio
it makes an evil maid's mission a bit more complicated
