After I installed the fedora-33 template a few days ago, I have never been
able to do a software update on it using the Salt-based updater. A manual
update using "dnf update" works fine.

does not return an error message. When read, 3600 is returned.
However, the VM is forcibly stopped after 15 minutes.
1800 works
2700 works
3600 is not honored
How can i get by this so this one VM can do finish its upgrade before
