[qubes-users] Can't build Qubes 4.0 ISO

Hello, I got a new laptop, so new that 5.4 kernel says "unknown processor" and panics being unable to initialise APIC. I then tried a 4.1 build that uses latest kernel and it boots and installs just fine. So I'm on a quest to build Qubes 4.0 ISO that uses kernel-latest instead of the default
