 Could also be an onion balance issue or a Tor network issue. I had
problems until I created a new identity to update my whonix-14 instance.

Check the BIOS setup, most Dell laptops have a toggle to allow for BIOS
downgrade. I would keep it on while you mess around with it.

You can check using lspci inside of the sys-net vm, that should return all
of the PCI devices it knows about.
