Key changes required to get working were to set the following boot arg for
both the installer USB and the live system
* efi=no-rs
The installer USB also required the nouveau blacklist args:
1. nouveau.modeset=0
2. rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau

Hello, I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed but searching
for "sys-net" & "libxl" give many confusing results, I don't see any that match

Here's the basics, everything seemed to work correctly out of the box,
although there was an initial hiccup when installing from USB stick, I
suspect it had to do with missing hardware support. I had to turn on bios
features for virtualization, but otherwise it worked correctly.
